The Promise

How we work with you

We are on your side, and we are pro-development. We are not looking for every candidate—we are looking for the right candidate.

Honest guidance

Not every application will lead to an immediate placement. Where appropriate, we’ll provide constructive feedback to help you understand the areas that need strengthening. Our aim is not simply to fill today’s role, but to help great people become even better.

Where additional development is needed, we’ll help you identify the next steps and, where appropriate, provide access to training that supports your journey.

Careers with purpose

Permanent roles where your care can shape better childhoods—in homes that share our values, not simply a vacancy that needs filling.

Referral scheme

Know someone who should be doing this work?

If you know someone who shares our values and would make a positive difference to children’s lives, we’d love to hear from them. If your referral leads to a successful placement and they successfully complete their probation, we’ll thank you with a referral reward.

Values first. Reward second.

Our Assessment Process

A genuine standard, not a simple form

We believe that safeguarding-led care requires real human judgement. Passing is not automatic. We evaluate every profile through three concrete stages.

01
STAGE 01

Judgement Interview

Structured scenarios evaluating safeguarding logic, decision-making, and professional accountability under pressure.

02
STAGE 02

Background Analysis

Deep patterns analysis of employment records, detailed gaps verification, and reference checks.

03
STAGE 03

Compliance & Match

Verification under Schedule 2 regulations, DBS matching, and handovers designed to protect probation.

“Not everyone will pass our process.”

That is intentional. Children deserve people who meet the standard, not people who nearly do.
